On November 30th and December 1st, 2023 in Rome, at the Sala del Tempio there will be the "Sea festival", an initiative of Rome Chamber of Commerce designed in collaboration with Istituto Piepoli.
A series of panels and interventions are planned by some representatives of trade associations including Assarmatori Shipowners Association, Assoporti – Italian Ports Association, CONFETRA – Italian General Confederation of Transport and Logistics Lazio, Unioncamere – Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce , industry, craftsmanship and agriculture and representatives of some of the main companies in the mobility and energy sector such as Costa Crociere S.p.A., FINCANTIERI, MSC Cruises.
For the occasion, Istituto Piepoli will show a research that aims to understand the perception that citizens residing in some countries covered by the survey (Italy, Spain, Greece, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt) have of Rome and Italy as ” center of the Mediterranean”.
On the same theme, with an in-depth historical analysis, a Lectio Magistralis is planned by Professor Giardina.
