Most of the post-voting analyzes started from a premise: the non-voting party won the elections. But who votes for not voting? The main electoral area of this non-party is the south, where it represents more than 6 out of 10 voters. This is contributed by the scarce presence, in the electoral campaign, of a southern issue which still exists for 94% of Italians.
