Alisa specialises in the development and consolidation of Small and Medium Enterprise business and has long-term management experience in this sector. In 2007 she joined the institute as executive assistant, and one of her key responsibilities was in the logistical/organisational side of real-time research carried out using Eurotop. Today, she is head of the tenders office and participates in national and international projects for clients of strategic importance and in the organisation and coordination of the qualitative field.
