Following a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2006, Chiara immediately started working as a researcher at Istituto Piepoli. She works in the quantitative department of the Milan office, where she mainly researches customer satisfaction in the banking and telecommunications sectors. Over the years, she has specialised in sophisticated statistical, bivariate and multivariate processing, and has gained considerable experience in the use of statistical software.
