Upon graduation as a Tour Operator, she perfected her knowledge of English through a one-year work experience abroad and later specialized in Customer Service at an American multinational Company. She therefore acquired many years of experience as Head of Italian and Foreign Customer Service at an Italian Tour Operator.

Passionate about the mountains, in her free time she carries out voluntary activities as a CAI Cross-Country Ski Hiking Instructor. Since October 2018 she has been in force at the Milano branch of Istituto Piepoli.
